If you need to verify your volunteer hours (ie, for school):

Option 1:

Confirm your required hours with your functional area supervisor/Lead.

Option 2:

Download your certificate with the number of volunteer hours you have completed directly from your GEMS.pro account. This will be based on the shifts scheduled and attended. Please see instructions attached. If you were in a Sport Operations role, your volunteer hours may not be in your GEMS.pro account as your shifts may have been given to you by the Sport Lead. Please contact the Sport Lead or your supervisor to confirm your hours.
